Payment for your Home Garden Products
We accept
credit cards, checks or money orders. The fastest way to get
your product shipped is by paying with a credit card online using
our
secure online checkout. If you would prefer to pay with a check
or money order, just add the items you would like to your cart,
then either print that information and call our Direct Home Products
order center at 877-852-9449.
Your Privacy while Shopping on Direct Home
Garden
To ensure your privacy while shopping on Direct Home Garden's website
or our other websites like Direct Door Hardware, we have set up
our checkout systems on secure encrypted shopping cart systems.
Your information provided when you place an order is used only
by us to ship your products and process payment. We retain your
name and address as part of our Direct Home Products order history.
We do not retain your payment information once and order has been
placed and processed. If you place an second order with us, we
will ask for your payment information again as we do not keep this
information on file. This is a policy that we have to ensure that
your payment information is not available to anyone else.
Returns
or Exchanges - Due to the nature of our custom
"made to order" products, there are no returns or exchanges
unless and item is shipped damaged or defective. Please understand
that your order is fulfilled based off of your specifications and
cannot be resold. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
