Cupola Specifications and Measurements

White Vinyl Cupolas come standard to fit up to a 12/12 roof pitch. If you have a roof pitch that is steeper than 12/12 you will need to purchase an extension base. It is important to order the extension base at the same time that you purchase your cupola. Follow the guidelines below when purchasing extension bases:
- Up to and including 12/12 pitch no extension base is required.
- For a 14/12 pitch 1 extensiopn base is required.
- For a 16/12 roof pitch 2 extension bases are required.

*NOTE: when using a weathervane along with a cupola and extension bases are used, and extention rod, and sometimes two extension rods are needed.
